PROJECT № GER-12277-BC36-42
We were hired as subcontractors to work on a project with short deadline - only five work days. The model and stability calculations were provided to us, and it was decided that we will take the most difficult part of the fundation slab. Upper-middle part was designed to cover basement section of the previous structure, with continuing use of it. Because of it the foundation slab changes it tickness in that part. All principles of design were honored, with special care about the areas where the slab changes its dimensions, especially since the area will be used as warehouse for heavy loads.
DESIGN OF THE FINISHED BUILDING TOTAL OF 5530 m² WITH 48 LOADING BRIDGES AND 49 GATES (1)
AXONOMETRY OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION SLAB
Drawing № BP003
The drawing shows the mid-upper part of the slab, the peculiarity of which is that it is made on top of the slab of the existing underground structure. The key wish of the client when creating the drawings was to place all the reinforcement in both zones and in both directions on one drawing.
The number of installed reinforcement bars of different diameters, sizes and shapes is 40,822.05 kg in 124 positions.
The scale of the drawing is 841/2292 mm (1.93 m2).
FINISHED DRAWING OF REINFORCEMENT OF THE SLAB SECTION
POSITION OF REINFORCEMENT IN SPACE
Drawing № BP004
The drawing shows the middle-lower part of the plate, which has a constant cross-sectional thickness. The key wish of the client when creating this drawing was also to place all the reinforcement in both zones and in both directions on one drawing.
The number of installed reinforcement bars of different diameters, sizes and shapes is 21,465.98 kg in 30 positions.
The scale of the drawing is 841/1571 mm (1.32 m2).
