We are hired as subcontractors to provide rebar detailing and specifications for a new object consisting of 3 multy-family apartment buildings, sharing joint underground parking area and foundations. The model was created by us and stability calculations were provided to us.

The drawing shows the type, dimensions and quantity of reinforcing bars and mesh for reinforcing the concrete walls of the stairwell. An interesting solution is the connection of the canopie to the external wall via an ISOCORB element where high torsional stresses occur. Also, the wall on which the middle of the prefabricated stairs rests has two large recesses in which the prefabricated connection elements are placed, which had to be properly reinforced.
The number of installed reinforcement bars of different diameters, sizes and shapes is 2,416.02 kg in 36 positions.
The number of installed reinforcement meshes of different diameters, sizes and shapes is 738.24 kg in 10 positions.
The scale of the drawing is 841/1189 mm (1.00 m2).
